Who: Selected participants from Stage 1.
How: Online exam, focusing on problem-solving and critical thinking.

What: The final round, for the top performers from Stage 2.

How: Online exam, with a focus on advanced mathematical concepts and applications.

The Winners of the Scholars Cambridge Mathematics Competition 2024/2025, will be announced on the Sunday February 16, 2025, via emails and a publication on our social media platforms. Please like and follow our social media handles for more information.
To be eligible for these prizes, a participant must have scaled through the first, second and third stages of the competition, emerging with the best scores, with no record of any form of malpractice.

eligibility criteria
Maintaining fairness and transparency in our virtual math competition is of topmost priority. Here are the eligibility criteria, including age and grade requirements for each competition category (Basic, Junior, Senior).
age restriction
Basic: Ages 8-12
Junior: Ages 11-15
Senior: Ages 13 - 17
nationality & residency
Open to Nigerian citizens and residents only.
academic level
Students currently enrolled in primary (Years 4-6) and secondary (Years 7-11) institutions.
individual participation
Participants can only compete individually. Not as part of a team.
school affiliation
Participants are required to be affiliated with a recognized educational institution.
previous participation
A participant can only enter the competition once in a particular category.
award ceremony
A memorable and inspiring award ceremony that celebrates the achievements of top-performing schools and motivates students to strive for excellence.

exam conduct rules
The following documented rules are purposed to set expectations and create a transparent, fair competition environment for all participants.
Location Requirements
Students must take the test in a supervised school hall designated by their school.
Authorized Equipment
Only one device (laptop or smartphone) is permitted for use; students may not bring additional electronic devices, books, or papers into the hall.
Camera Use
Schools must set up video cameras to capture an overview of the testing area for proctoring purposes. Cameras must be on throughout the exam.
Exam Platform
The exam software will run in “kiosk mode” or a lockdown browser that restricts navigation to other applications or websites.
No Collaboration
Students may not discuss questions or answers with peers during the test.
Prohibited Actions
Switching tabs, opening other applications, taking screenshots, or attempting to record questions are strictly prohibited.

1. Click the ‘register now’ button below, fill the form and pay ₦2,550(Late Registration), using your preferred payment method. Then send the photos of each student, tagged with their names to 10myttofficial@gmail.com, for onboarding.
2. Start learning, using our Cambridge Mathematics Interactive Study Guide, as you prepare for the tournament. Find sample questions from the study guide at ngexams.10mytt.com. The complete study guides are in the dashboards of only registered participants.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any roles to be played by the staffs?
Teachers or invigilators present in the hall must monitor students and report any incidents of suspicious behavior to the organizing committee immediately.
What are your Proctoring Standards?
Staff should ensure that students maintain proper distance from each other, and they may not provide assistance with questions or answers.
Can we communicate with you during exams?
Schools must maintain open communication with competition organizers during the exam in case of technical issues or infractions.
How do we prepare devices for the exams?
Ensure all devices are fully charged or connected to power, and have a stable internet connection. Interruptions due to technical issues should be documented and reported.
How secure is the testing platform?
Students must follow instructions to log into the secure testing environment and must not attempt to bypass security protocols.
How many students can register from a particular school?
We expect around 5-8 students from each class (Year 4 – 11) be given the opportunity to compete and win in this tournament. Others can get their opportunity next time. However, it’s okay to have as many as would love to have access to the Cambridge Mathematics Interactive study guide for their academic development.
Are there any consequences for cheating?
Any confirmed cheating or rule violations will lead to disqualification of the student, and the school may also face penalties, such as being barred from future competitions.
What do we do when we notice any infractions?
Staff should immediately report any rule violations or technical issues that could impact fairness.
Are there post-exam reviews?
Answer patterns will be reviewed for unusual or identical responses. To scrape out malpractices.
Can we appeal after a disqualification?
Schools can appeal any disqualifications or penalties within a period of seven (7) days, following the exam.
When will Winners be announced?
Winners will be announced/published, not later than 3 days, following the exam.
Is there a minimum number of participating schools from each of the state, to join the competition?
A state champion MUST have to have challenged and defeated more than half of the total number of schools in each state.
